We appreciate your interest in becoming a JanTech Linked Affiliate Dealer. Linked affiliate dealers are those that maintain an active, coded link on their web site to a special form page where visitors may request additional information about JanTech Marking Equipment. The linked affiliate dealer may place as much or as little information about JanTech as they wish on their web site, as long as at least the active link to the special information request form page is maintained. JanTech encourages the linked affiliate dealer to use the link that we provide, including a code that automatically credits the dealer for the lead, when visitors to the dealer web site click the link for information on JanTech Marking Equipment.
The specific link that we would like for you, the dealer to use is
http://www.jantech.com/cgi-bin/creditgo.cgi?dealername ("dealername" is your name)When a visitor to your site clicks the coded link for JanTech information, our creditgo cgi script will place a cookie on the visitors browser, that will later give you, the dealer, credit for the referral. If the visitor then submits the form, requesting information (or later submits any JanTech form for information), the cookie is retrieved to give you, the dealer, credit for the inquiry.
There are some important aspects to the JanTech Linked Affiliate Dealer program.
1. You do not lose the visitor to your site when they click the link for JanTech information. The information request form that the visitor gets by following the link on your site, is a dead end page. It does not include any links to the main JanTech web site. The only links available to the visitor will take them back to the your web site. Later, the visitor will receive an email, thanking them for their inquiry, answering any questions, and providing a link to jantech.com for additional information.
2. You will earn 15% commission on all JanTech direct sales to the visitor for one year subsequent to their initial order.
3. A reciprocal active link to the affiliate dealer is maintained on the jantech.com links page.
4. It is up to the affiliate dealer to decide the link location and the composition of the text and graphics to accompany the link on their site for JanTech information. On their site, the linked affiliate dealer is free to use any text or graphics found on the jantech.com web site,
edited or resized to suit, or may use their own composition approved by JanTech. The composition of text and graphics associated with the link will, of course, influence how many visitors follow the link and how much the affiliate dealer will earn in commissions as a result.5. The cookie on the visitor's browser does not expire or get replaced upon subsequent visits. This means that credit is given only to the first referrer that brings a visitor to inquire for information from JanTech. For example, if after clicking your creditgo link to JanTech, a visitor later visits some other JanTech linked affiliate dealer and clicks their creditgo link to JanTech, you still retain credit as the first to refer the visitor.
6. No credit is earned by affiliate dealers for pre existing JanTech customers or customers that have inquired with JanTech prior to following the affiliate dealer creditgo link to JanTech.
