Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are unfamiliar with marking machines such as the JanTech Model 105 and you are unsure that the Model 105 will meet your expectations, you may choose to qualify for our "Satisfaction Guarantee". Qualification for the "Satisfaction Guarantee" will permit you to evaluate the operation of the machine for a period of time prior to acceptance.
To qualify, please contact us with details of your job requirements. If it seems to us that the Model 105 may satisfy your needs, we will ask you to supply us with examples of the parts you wish to mark. Upon receipt of your parts, we will evaluate the job further. We will make sample marks on your parts and return them to you with our recommendations. At that time, we may invite you to issue your purchase order for the system, "subject to acceptance," and allow a mutually agreed period of time (normally two weeks) for evaluation of the machine in your plant. If, within that period, for any reason the machine does not meet your expectations, the purchase cost, including outbound transportation charges, but excluding any printing dies and consumable supplies, will be credited upon return of the merchandise, freight paid to factory. Please note: This is not an extension of terms. Payment according to terms and conditions of sale is not affected by this policy.
